There will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All guest MUST be 21+with valid ID, NO pictures, copies, paper ID's OR expired ID's will be accepted.

Guests are required to bring a printed copy of scannable ticket, e-mail confirmation & valid photo ID. All guests are required to arrive by 11PM for guaranteed entry. 

If you purchase a VIP Package you are not required to purchase a GA ticket. 

Line for GA and walk-ins are the same line, purchasing GA does not give you any line privileges.

GET THERE EARLY. Doors open at 10PM.

The door, security & management reserve all rights to decline entry to any guest for following reasons: Not in proper dress code, Capacity issues (will be asked to wait until doors open again regardless of purchasing ticket), Visibly intoxicated guest, Any minors El Santo Ultralounge is strictly a 21+ club. Anyone who fails to follow these rules will NOT be allowed and your ticket will be invalid.
